The Federal Rural University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRRJ) has opened applications for the selection of candidates for the Professional Master’s in Management and Strategy (MPGE). The program offers 15 spots, distributed between general competition and affirmative action categories, and aims to train professionals to conduct research in the field of management, combining scientific, technological, and technical foundations to solve specific organizational problems.
The MPGE focuses on the area of Management and Strategy, dedicated to the study of actions, means, goals, and policies used by organizations in various economic sectors. Candidates can choose between two research areas:
The in-person activities will primarily take place at the Seropédica Campus, with the possibility of some classes being held in downtown Rio de Janeiro or other locations to be announced later.
For candidates who do not wish to take the full internal test in the second stage of the selection process, UFRRJ offers the option to use the result of the ANPAD Proficiency Test as part of the evaluation. Candidates can submit the Test Score Certificate, in either the academic or professional modalities, provided the exam was taken within the last three years, starting in September 2021.
Applications for the MPGE opened on August 13, 2024, and will remain open until October 1, 2024. They must be submitted exclusively through the Integrated Academic Activities Management System (SIGAA/UFRRJ).
