The Fluminense Federal University (UFF) has opened applications for the selection process of the Academic Master’s program in Administration. Interested candidates can apply until March 14th, 2025, exclusively through the PPGAd/UFF website by completing the online form and submitting the required documentation.
The program focuses on the Study of Organizations in Brazil, covering structural and functional aspects of organizations operating in the country, the relationships between different organizational functions, and the interactions between the state, market, and civil society. Within this field, applicants must choose one of two research lines: “Brazilian Administration,” which includes topics such as strategic management, human resource management, marketing, logistics, production and operations, information technology, socio-environmental management, and finance; or “State, Organizations, and Society,” which examines the relationships between organizations, the state, and civil society, considering historical aspects, policy formulation, and institutional implications.
The program offers up to 20 spots, distributed according to a general classification list based on the weighted average of the selection process stages. Candidates must choose one of two selection methods when applying: the first is based on the overall result of the ANPAD Proficiency Test, while the second consists of a theoretical-essay exam.
More information is available on the official PPGAd/UFF website, where the complete selection process announcement can also be found.
