UDESC Opens Applications for Master’s and Doctoral Programs in Administration

The Universidade do Estado de Santa Catarina (UDESC) has announced the opening of applications for the 2025 Selection Process for its Professional Master’s, Academic Master’s, Professional Doctorate, and Academic Doctorate programs in Administration. 

Applications can be submitted from March 6 to April 4, 2025, exclusively through the online form. 

A total of 49 spots are available across the different programs: 12 for the Professional Master’s, 15 for the Academic Master’s, 10 for the Professional Doctorate, and 12 for the Academic Doctorate. 

The graduate programs are organized into specialty areas related to ESAG’s research groups, focusing on relevant and contemporary themes. Among the research areas offered are: 

• Public Policies and Development 

• Service Marketing and Marketing in the Public Sector 

• Management Technologies in Knowledge-Intensive Organizations and ICTs 

• Social Innovation, Civil Society, Democracy, and Sustainability 

• Ethics, Virtues, and Moral Dilemmas in Administration 

• Co-Production, Governance, Innovation, and Public Finance 

• Organizations, Innovation, and Collaborative Processes 

• Entrepreneurship and Innovation 

• Laboratory of Education for Sustainability and Social Innovation 

The Master’s and Doctorate programs at UDESC offer a solid and interdisciplinary education, preparing professionals and academics to work in diverse contexts and contribute to the development of organizations and society.
