From October 1st to 3rd, 2025, Aracaju will host EnANPAD 2025, ANPAD’s largest academic event. The meeting will be held at Tiradentes University (UNIT) and will bring together researchers, professors, and practitioners to discuss the latest advances and challenges in management across diverse contexts. With the central theme “Sustainability in Management: Recognizing identities, local experiences, and global challenges,” the event aims to explore how cultural, social, and territorial specificities shape organizational practices and the development of sustainable strategies.
The program will feature academic paper presentations, roundtables, and panels designed to foster in-depth discussions on management challenges in Brazil and globally. On September 17th and 18th, the Pre-Event and the Doctoral Consortium will be held online and free of charge, offering an exclusive space for early-career researchers to engage with leading scholars in the field.
Paper Submissions
Participants are invited to submit academic papers across the categories defined in the event’s official calls for papers.
Submissions open on March 20, 2025, and close on April 29, 2025. Selected papers will be eligible for Best Paper Awards in each ANPAD’s Academic Division. Additionally, divisions may grant awards in other specific categories. The best paper from each division will compete for the prestigious Clovis L. Machado-da-Silva Award, recognizing the top paper of the event.
Technical-Technological Products
Continuing the successful initiative from last year, EnANPAD 2025 will again accept submissions of Technical and Technological Products (PTTs). These submissions aim to highlight innovative and applied solutions in administration and related fields, ranging from new technologies and methodologies to educational tools and databases.
PTTs may be submitted in 11 categories, including:
PTT presentations will take place on October 2nd, 2025, in Aracaju. The best product will receive an award, and finalists will receive certificates of honorable mention.
Submissions follow the same timeline as academic papers, closing on April 29th, 2025. Results will be announced on June 23rd, 2025.
EnANPAD 2025 promises a dynamic space for learning, exchanging experiences, and generating knowledge on contemporary management challenges, from a sustainable and contextualized perspective.
