ANPAD’s divisional conferences gather researchers, faculty, and professionals around key themes in their fields every three years. In total, nine events are organized in a three-year cycle, with three taking place each year. The format combines academic paper presentations with activities like panels, keynote lectures, and roundtables, supporting ANPAD’s mission to unite the scientific community and promote research in administration and related areas.
In 2026, the three events in this cycle are: the XI ANPAD Strategic Management Conference (3Es), the IX ANPAD Conference on Human Resources Management and Industrial Relations (EnGPR), and the IX ANPAD Management Information Systems Conference (EnATI). All three will be held in person from June 9 to 11, 2026, at FGV-EAESP, in São Paulo (SP).
This will be the second in-person edition of these events since the COVID-19 pandemic. The first took place in 2023 at ESPM, also in São Paulo.

Central Theme: People Management and Labor Relations in the Age of Artificial Intelligence: Convergences and Tensions
Organized by ANPAD and coordinated by the Academic Division of Human Resources and Labor Relations (GPR), EnGPR 2026 explores how AI impacts people management practices, labor relations, and organizational dynamics.
Keynote Speaker: Michelle Mielly
Michelle Mielly is a professor at EM Lyon Business School and an anthropologist specializing in development and interculturality. Her research includes fieldwork in West Africa and Central America, focusing on identity, diversity, and community across various organizational and cultural settings. Her doctoral research explored the postcolonial condition through a social movement organization based in Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire. This work shaped her view on how a place’s historical and cultural background can shed light on future paths in other settings, as well as how postmodernity reflects what Césaire, Arendt, and Foucault called the “imperial boomerang effect.”
