Dates for the 2023 Elections of the Board of Directors and Chairs of the Divisions (Term 2024 – 2026)

The 2023 elections for ANPAD’s board of directors and chairs of divisions (Term 2024-2026) started in June. The process is taking place during the next few months. Check out the Electoral Calendar below, including the dates of General Meetings of Members: 

2023 Election of the Board of Directors (Term 2024 – 2026) 

• Publication of the electoral notice: by June 15. 
• Nomination of the Electoral Committee: by August 14. 
• The deadline for Brazilian graduate programs (PPGs) to renew their annual membership is August 05. 
• Period of registration of electoral slates: from June 15 to August 16. 

• Approval of slates: by August 18. 
• Online meetings for candidates to present and debate proposals will take place from August 21 to September 01. 
• The voting system will be available by September 14. 
• Voting period: from September 15 to 19. 
• Calculation of votes by the Electoral Committee: September 20. 

• The ANPAD’s Extraordinary General Meeting to declare the election results (Election meeting) will take place on September 21, 2023. 

2023 Election of Chairs of the Divisions (Term 2024 – 2026) 

• Publication of the electoral notice: by July 20. 
• Period of registration of applications: from August 25 to September 22. 

• Nomination of the Electoral Committee: by September 25. 
• The deadline for individual members to renew their annual membership is September 28. 
• The deadline for the PPGs members of ANPAD and in good standing to send their voters list is September 28. 
• Approval of applications: by October 06. 
• The voting system will be available by October 22. 

• Voting period: from October 23 to 25. 
• Calculation of votes by the Electoral Committee: October 26. 
• Publication of results by October 31. 
• The deadline to publish the notice and agenda of the General Meeting to confirm the election of the Chairs of Divisions is November 06.
