The city of Florence, Italy, renowned for its historical and artistic heritage, will host the 2025 Annual Conference of EURAM (European Academy of Management). The event will take place from June 22 to 25 at the University of Florence, bringing together academics, professionals, and leaders from around the world to discuss the theme: “Managing with Purpose: From Craftsmen to Artificial Intelligence – Bringing back Humanism into Management.”
Founded in 2001, EURAM is one of the most relevant European associations in the field of management. Its mission is to promote the advancement of academic research and interdisciplinary knowledge exchange, connecting scholars and practitioners in an environment of dialogue and collaboration. Held annually in different cities, the conference will celebrate its 25th edition in 2025, consolidating its position as an essential forum for discussing issues that shape the future of management.
This year’s central theme highlights the importance of organizational purpose, emphasizing the need to balance profit-seeking with meaningful impact. In times of growing global complexity, aligning the interests of internal and external stakeholders with a shared purpose poses a critical challenge for leaders and researchers alike.
EURAM 2025 will feature plenary sessions, research presentations, debates, workshops, and interactive activities, offering an enriching experience for all participants. Moreover, the University of Florence, one of Italy’s most renowned public institutions, provides the ideal infrastructure for hosting conference attendees. The School of Economics and Management, home to over 6,000 students and equipped with modern learning spaces, will welcome congress participants during the event.

The deadline for early registration is April 22, 2025. After this date, participation fees will be adjusted.
