On September 9th and 10th, the Regional Council of Administration of São Paulo (CRA-SP) will host the 16th edition of ENCOAD – Knowledge in Administration Meeting, the largest annual event organized by the Council. With the theme “60 Years of Management in Brazil”, the 2025 edition marks the Diamond Jubilee of the CFA/CRA System and invites reflection on the evolution of Management as both a science and a profession in a constantly changing world.
With more than 18 hours of live online programming, ENCOAD will bring together some of the most prominent figures in Brazil’s business ecosystem. The program will feature lectures, panels, and live interviews, fostering dialogue between the past, present, and future of the profession. Guests will share their experiences and perspectives on the skills, behaviors, and innovations shaping the future of Management in Brazil and beyond.
Since its inception, ENCOAD has aimed to provide broad and free access to knowledge. Participation is free and open to all, regardless of academic background.
The program is developed in collaboration with CRA-SP’s Excellence Groups and external guests, in a collaborative and volunteer-based format. While the event primarily targets professionals and students in the field of Management, it also invites broader audiences to reflect on the strategic role that Management plays across various sectors of society.
To receive a certificate of participation, attendees must complete three steps: register for the event, subscribe to the YouTube channel A Serviço da Administração, and request the certificate during the live broadcast. Each thematic track will grant an individual certificate.
