The Social CRM Ressarce Center recently announced a call for papers to be presented during the 8th International Workshop on Integrated Social CRM (iCRM 2023). The event will take place on October 26, 2023, in hybrid format in Venice, Italy. Those interested in submitting their papers should pay attention to the submission deadline, which is August 1st, exclusively online.
The workshop aims to promote discussion and collaboration among researchers and professionals interested in the subject. The interdisciplinary nature of the event encourages participants to contribute research papers, case studies, and/or present prototypes on relevant topics, both completed and in progress.
