The RAUSP Management Journal, an academic journal of the University of São Paulo (USP) published by Emerald Publishing, has announced a call for applications for six thematic Associate Editor (AE) positions, with a three-year appointment. The deadline for submissions is December 10th, 2025.
Founded in 1947, RAUSP is an open-access, peer-reviewed journal dedicated to disseminating research that contributes to the advancement of management as both a scientific and professional field. Published under a diamond open-access model, the journal is fully funded by USP and has a 2024 impact factor of 2.2 and a five-year impact factor of 3.4, both from Clarivate.
Associate Editors will be responsible for reviewing and handling manuscripts, assigning reviewers, and making final editorial decisions. They are also expected to contribute to maintaining the journal’s high standards of editorial and scientific excellence.
The call seeks professionals with prior editorial experience and a solid academic background, with research interests in areas such as entrepreneurship, human resource management, emerging technologies, finance, marketing, sustainability, and responsible business, approached from multidisciplinary perspectives. The journal also values diversity, equity, and inclusion within its editorial team.
