From June 16th to 19th, 2026, the School of Business and Law at the University of Agder, in Kristiansand, Norway, will host the EURAM 2026 Conference, one of the most prominent international gatherings in the field of Management.

With the theme “Navigating High Waters: Management in an Age of Disruption”, the conference invites reflection on how organizations and managers can respond to growing global challenges characterized by complex interdependencies, rapid and unpredictable changes, and paradoxical demands. Issues such as geopolitical threats, accelerated technological advances, demographic transformations, and increasing regulatory pressures highlight the urgency of strategies focused on adaptability, innovation, and resilience.

The scientific program will address different dimensions of disruption, ranging from strategic changes in business models and market structures to impacts on supply chains, marketing practices, and human resource management. The discussions will also cover topics such as organizational resilience, paradox management, innovative business models, and governance practices aimed at sustainability in uncertain contexts.

EURAM 2026 will bring together researchers from various countries, who will present papers aligned with the association’s 13 Strategic Interest Groups (SIGs), encompassing a broad range of themes and theoretical and methodological approaches. The event represents a unique opportunity to strengthen international collaboration, disseminate cutting-edge scientific knowledge, and discuss practical solutions for contemporary management challenges.

The conference in Kristiansand will also provide a space for integration between academics and professionals, consolidating EURAM’s role as a global forum of excellence for advancing management research.
