Submissions Open for EGEN 2025

From September 9th to 11th, 2025, the city of Uberlândia (MG), Brazil, will host the 10th edition of the Encontro de Gestão e Negócios (EGEN), a nationally recognized event in the field of Business Administration and Management. 

With the theme “Information Management: the new era of administration with digital technologies”, EGEN 2025 will be held in a hybrid format: scientific paper presentations will take place online, while panels, lectures, and other activities will be held in person at the School of Management and Business (FAGEN) of the Federal University of Uberlândia (UFU). 

The event celebrates ten years of biennial editions, bringing together researchers, experts, and professionals to discuss the impacts of digital transformation and the challenges of management in the information age. 

The program includes panels, keynote speeches, and networking opportunities focused on topics such as: 

• Digital transformation and its impacts on organizations 

• Artificial intelligence applied to business management 

• Essential skills for professionals in the new digital era 

• Management and optimization of technologies for operational efficiency 

With this approach, EGEN aims to strengthen the dialogue between academia and the market, providing participants with a rich and insightful experience while expanding the understanding of new management models in an increasingly interdisciplinary context.
