UDESC ESAG Opens Applications for Master’s and PhD Programs in Administration

The State University of Santa Catarina (UDESC), through the Center for Administration and Socioeconomic Sciences (ESAG), is now accepting applications for the selection process for its Master’s and PhD programs in Administration. 

Candidates with a recognized undergraduate degree can apply for the Professional and Academic Master’s programs. For the Professional and Academic PhD programs, a recognized master’s degree is required. Each candidate must choose only one program, considering the specific characteristics of each: 

Academic Master’s and PhD: aimed at training researchers and professors in the scientific field of Administration, with national and international performance. 

Professional Master’s and PhD: focused on applied research and designed for those who are already professionally active in their respective areas. 

Applications are open until 5:59 PM on April 4th, 2025, exclusively through the online form available on the UDESC ESAG website: www.udesc.br/esag/pos/processoseletivo. 

A total of 48 spots are available, distributed as follows: 

• 12 spots for the Professional Master’s in Administration (MP) 

• 15 spots for the Academic Master’s in Administration (MA) 

• 9 spots for the Professional PhD in Administration (DP) 

• 12 spots for the Academic PhD in Administration (DA) 

Successful candidates will have the opportunity to join one of the institution’s research groups:

• LabGES – Management Technologies Laboratory 

• NISP – Social Innovations in the Public Sphere

• Athena – Organizations and Collaboration 

• Strategos – Organizational Processes 

• LEDs – Education for Sustainability and Social Innovation
